Refund policy

Amino Labs accepts returns for eligible, unaffected hardware items within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise required by applicable law. After such time, all hardware sales are considered final. “Unaffected” means a device has never been powered up, used, opened, or otherwise changed. Return labels and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

All experiment kit sales are final. Amino Labs experiment kits may contain perishable, expiry-limited, temperature-sensitive, biological, consumable, or single-use materials. Because of this, experiment kits are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once fulfilled or shipped.

For customers located in the European Union, eligible non-final-sale items may be cancelled before fulfillment or returned within 14 days where required by applicable EU consumer law. To request a cancellation, withdrawal, or eligible return, use your customer account/order page where available, or contact us at help@amino.bio with your name, order number, and the item(s) involved.

If you contact us before fulfillment, we may be able to cancel an experiment kit order manually, but this is not guaranteed due to our fast 1–3 day fulfillment timeline. Once fulfilled or shipped, experiment kits are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at help@amino.bio so we can help resolve it.

All software purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once software has been accessed, downloaded, or a license key has been issued. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue, and in rare cases where the software is proven to be defective and cannot be used, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

All products sold are for single use only and shall not be sold, resold, transferred, copied, propagated for reuse, or used commercially without Amino Labs’ written permission.
