Refund policy

Amino Labs accepts returns for any unaffected hardware items within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. After such time, all sales are considered final. “Unaffected” means a device has never been powered up, used, or otherwise changed. Return labels are the customer's responsibility.

All experiment kits sales are final, but we do have a success guarantee on the bacteria-based Engineer-it Kit. Learn more.

All software purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once software has been accessed, downloaded, or a license key has been issued. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue, and in rare cases where the software is proven to be defective and cannot be used, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

All products sold are for single use only and shall not be sold, resold, transferred, copied, or propagated for reuse and/or commercial use.
